We always love finding great Victor Costa dresses! This one is particularly lovely with it's strapless criss cross ruched sweetheart bodice! We love that it comes with an oversized scarf / shawl that can be worn in a number of ways. The gold, floral print is in lovely shades of pink, blue, purple and yellow and the fabric is so breezy!
